These Terms and Conditions are established by GBiologics, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for the purpose of defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in relation to the use of digital content (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) and related services provided online by the Company.

Article 1 (Interpretation of Terms) ① Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation thereof shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.

Article 2 (Amendment of Terms) ① The Company may amend these Terms at any time as necessary, and shall not be liable for any violation of the Terms by users who fail to review them. ② When the Company amends the Terms, the effective date shall be specified therein.

Article 3 (Formation of Service Agreement) ① A service agreement shall be deemed established when a user accesses the site, and the user must comply with these Terms. ② Users are obligated to review the Terms prior to using the site, and failure to do so shall result in the user bearing responsibility under applicable laws.

Article 4 (Copyright of Website Content) ① All Content posted on the site is copyrighted by the Company. However, if the original author of a posting is a third party, the Company has obtained permission for posting rights, and the copyright remains with the original author. ② Any unauthorized downloading, copying, citation, or modification of Content posted on the site by third parties is strictly prohibited.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts of Access) ① Users may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that permitted by the Company. Unless specifically guaranteed or approved by the Company, the site may not be used for commercial purposes. ② When accessing the site, users must not engage in any of the following acts or similar acts:

• Systematically retrieving data or other Content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, database, or directory without the Company’s written consent
• Interfering with or placing an excessive burden on the site, its networks, or services
• Using the site as part of efforts to compete with the Company, or for revenue‑generating or commercial enterprises
• Removing copyright or other proprietary notices from Content
• Using automated systems (including spiders, robots, cheat utilities, scrapers, etc.) to access the site, except for standard search engine or internet browser usage
• Engaging in acts that disparage, damage, or otherwise harm the Company and/or the site
• Using the site in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations

Article 6 (Liability for Damages) ① The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with services provided on the site, except in cases where such damages are caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the Company.

Article 7 (Jurisdiction) ① In the event of disputes arising from the use of services, lawsuits shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
